What are your business hours?
Our business hours are listed below, and all new requests for a quote outside of office hours will receive a reply the next working day.
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
On public and bank holidays, the office will remain open.
If you already have a booking with us, you are more than welcome to contact us outside of our business hours for an update about your booking.

How quickly will I receive my quote?
You can expect to receive a quote within an hour during our regular business hours. However, please understand that during peak periods when our team is on the road fulfilling deliveries, it may take a bit longer. For urgent inquiries, we recommend reaching out via WhatsApp, as we often can provide quicker responses based on the specific service you need.
If you happen to submit your request outside of our office hours, rest assured that we'll promptly attend to it on the next working day.

What type of payment methods do you accept?
We would like to ask all customers to pay by card as we use a mobile card payment system by SumUp that uses bank-level security when processing your card payments.
We can still accept cash payments on delivery but ask that customers have the right amount and to tell us beforehand so we can keep the money carried on us to a minimum for safety reasons
We ask that all new business customers make a same-day payment by bank transfer or SumUp Payment Link before we can carry out the service requested from you
Existing business clients will have to pay a small deposit and the remaining balance within fourteen days of delivery by bank transfer, and failure to comply with our payment terms will result in us asking for full payment or refusing to work with you again

What vehicle do you have?
We have access to a Renault Trafic MWB L2 with a load side of 2.9m or six cubic meters and can transport small to large items within the vehicle up to a maximum weight of 1 ton.
One full van load would be a standard one-bedroom flat with some furniture but not including any white goods, we can transport white goods, but this will be two or more van loads depending on the number of items you have.
