The contents of our vehicle are covered for a maximum of £10,000 under our insurance policy
Cancellation Policy
It is recommended that you notify us 48 hours before the scheduled collection time if you have to cancel your booking
It is important to note that you will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25 if you cancel after your 'Cancellation Deadline'
Loading & Unloading
Depending on the service you requested, we will deliver your items to your chosen location as long as there is a safe and legal place for us to park our vehicle
Our company has the right to pass on any parking tickets received if safe and legal parking is not available to the customer. This will be discussed in advance of unloading, and if the customer is unsatisfied with this, we may deliver to the curbside where parking is not available
